For Australian Skin Clinics, the goal was clear: dominate the local market. We deployed a multi-channel aggressive strategy to capture market share, reduce wasted ad spend, and establish them as the absolute authority in their region.

The Deep-Dive Challenge

Facing fierce competition from larger corporate aesthetics chains, Australian Skin Clinics needed a way to differentiate their premium brand. Their Meta Ads were suffering from severe ad fatigue, resulting in a rapidly climbing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). While they had great organic social engagement, they struggled to convert those followers into paying clinic appointments. Phase 2: Scale. Phase 2: Aggressive Omnichannel Retargeting. Understanding the visual nature of their industry, we shifted focus to a highly engaging Meta and TikTok Ads strategy. We utilized user-generated content (UGC) to build trust and significantly lower the top-of-funnel acquisition costs, capturing attention where their demographic spends the most time.
