Facing fierce competition from larger corporate aesthetics chains, Kaya Clinic needed a way to differentiate their premium brand. Their Meta Ads were suffering from severe ad fatigue, resulting in a rapidly climbing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). We identified severe friction points on their booking page and immediately deployed a speed-optimized, conversion-focused landing page architecture. We also implemented server-side tracking to ensure every single lead was accurately attributed to the exact ad and keyword.
Phase 2: Scale. Phase 2: Aggressive Omnichannel Retargeting. Understanding the visual nature of their industry, we shifted focus to a highly engaging Meta and TikTok Ads strategy. We utilized user-generated content (UGC) to build trust and significantly lower the top-of-funnel acquisition costs, capturing attention where their demographic spends the most time.
