Despite having a state-of-the-art facility and world-class practitioners, Pacific Smiles was struggling to attract high-ticket implant and Invisalign patients. Their local SEO presence had plummeted following a recent Google algorithm update, allowing competitors to dominate the top 3 map pack. Furthermore, their front desk was overwhelmed with unqualified leads who were simply price shopping rather than looking for premium dental care. They relied heavily on word-of-mouth and lacked a predictable, scalable patient acquisition system.

Our Phased Strategy

Phase 1: Foundation. Phase 1: Funnel Overhaul & Tracking. We initiated a complete digital overhaul, starting with a deep-dive audit of their existing funnel. We identified severe friction points on their booking page and immediately deployed a speed-optimized, conversion-focused landing page architecture. We also implemented server-side tracking to ensure every single lead was accurately attributed to the exact ad and keyword.

Phase 2: Scale. Phase 2: Aggressive Omnichannel Retargeting. Understanding the visual nature of their industry, we shifted focus to a highly engaging Meta and TikTok Ads strategy. We utilized user-generated content (UGC) to build trust and significantly lower the top-of-funnel acquisition costs, capturing attention where their demographic spends the most time.
